Step 1: Transfer chicken to a bowl. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper, then stir in the flour and paprika. To coat the chicken, toss together.
Step 2: In a big, deep-frying pan, heat the oil over high heat. When the chicken is browned and crisp, add it and fry it for three to four minutes on each side. Put aside.
