When you’re thinking about what to make for Monday morning after the previous night’s party, a 3 ingredient protein pancakes could be the ideal breakfast option. A quick and nutritious dish, especially for kids, is ready in less than 10 minutes. The good part is that it could be made gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan as well. Also, there are many options you can top the pancakes with, like maple syrup, fruits, yogurt, and nuts. One morning, I added one scoop of vegan protein powder, and believe me, the dish has reached the zenith- yummy!3
Why Love 3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
The main reason why I love these pancakes is that they can be consumed every day. Though moderation is the key, there is no harm. They are low-carb and high-protein and there is no doubt why they can be an ideal choice to kickstart mornings. As per the research in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, protein pancakes can be rich in protein, which helps in weight loss and fat loss. They can be a healthy alternative to high-fat foods in your diet.
