- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup parmesan grated
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
To Prepare the chicken
- Arrange every chicken breast onto a cutting surface and utilize kitchen paper to gently pat them dry. Two breasts of chicken
